Rusia a blocat 20 de milioane de adrese IP
Dupa ce vinerea trecuta a anuntat blocarea serviciului de mesagerie Telegram, agentia rusa de telecomunicatii Roskomnadzor (RKN) a inceput blocarea aplicatiei luni, 16 aprilie.
Intr-o prima faza, RKN a blocat aproape 20 de milioane de adrese IP ale Amazon si Google, dar utilizatorii de telegram din Rusia sustin ca aplicatia functioneaza inca, fara a fi nevoiti sa apeleze la servicii proxy sau VPN.
In timp ce aplicatia folosita de comunitati dedicate criptomonedelor functioneaza inca, utilizatorii unor alte servicii se plang de disfunctionalitati legate de blocarea adreselor IP. Printre acestea, aplicatia de mesagerie Viber a experimentat probleme de conectivitate.

Conform site-urilor de stiri TJournal si Mediazona, utilizatorii au raportat probleme cu varii servicii ca: update-uri Microsoft sau Windows; platformele de jocuri Playstation Network, Battle.net sau Xbox Live; jocuri online de la Wargaming; aplicatia android APK Mirror; serviciile de video streaming Netflix si Twitch.tv; magazine online si multe altele.
Media locala sustine ca inclusiv site-ul RKN a fost afectat. RKN neaga implicarea in problemele cu alte aplicatii.
